How to apply

To apply for a MediCare International insurance policy, there are two options.

• Apply online
  To do this, please visit our instant quote section and follow the on-screen instructions. Here you can produce an online quotation for your policy as part of the appplication process.

• Download the application form and apply in writing
  To do this, please click on the graphic below.

1. Choose the level of protection and geographical area you think is right for you
2. Fill out the application form, including partner and child details, where appropriate
3. Calculate and enter the relevant plan premium according to the age of the insured person and the level of cover. This must be the same for all applicants. If you are paying in US Dollars or Euros please check our website for details of current exchange rates or contact MediCare International by phone on +44 (0) 207 816 2033.
4. For applicants aged 65 and over, please remember, you must disclose all matters which an underwriter would take into account when considering whether to underwrite your insurance policy prior to cover starting. If such matters are not disclosed, underwriters have the right to cancel the policy from its commencement, which will lead to claims not being met.
   You can choose to pay your premium Annually, or quarterly for the addition of a 7.5% administration fee – please ask us for details.
5. Cover will commence as soon as your application has been accepted and the appropriate premium has been received.
